Please be advised that starting March 16, 2020, the Mahwah and Basildon Data Centers, as well as the ICE Colocation facility in Chicago, will be closed for two weeks, until March 29, 2020, to third parties as part of a test of the Data Center contingency plan.

During the closure, customer and vendor access to the facilities will be restricted and non-essential deliveries to the facilities will be rejected. ICE data center staff will be on-site and available to support customers’ needs to the extent practicable. Hot hands fees will be waived during the closure, provided that for colocation in the Mahwah data center, the waiver is subject to the effectiveness of a regulatory rule filing.

Intercontinental Exchange has business continuity and contingency plans in place to help address impacts to our data centers from unexpected events such as the spread of COVID-19. ICE continues to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak and will act accordingly to reduce the risk of contamination to employees and our customers at these facilities. We will continue to communicate with you as the situation develops and more information is available.

Sincerely,

Margaret Niche
