Last Trading Day

Trading shall cease at the end of the designated settlement period on the last business day of the second month preceding the relevant contract month (e.g. the March contract month will expire on the last business day of January). If the day on which trading is due to cease would be either:

(i) the business day preceding Christmas day, or

(ii) the business day preceding New Year’s Day,

then trading shall cease on the next preceding business day.

In all cases, such other date as the Exchange specified on its website from time to time may apply instead.

Daily Settlement

Price will reference ICE Futures Europe Brent Crude Futures.

Final Settlement

Cash-settled against the ICE Brent Index price as published by ICE Futures Europe on the ICE Futures Europe trading day which immediately follows the Exchange’s expiration date for the contract (the “Calculation Date”).

ICE Clear Singapore will record cash settlement as of the Business Day (as defined in the ICE Clear Singapore rules) which occurs on the Calculation Date, with such update being effected on the following Business Day, subject in all cases to any relevant term in ICE Clear Singapore’s Finance Procedures and its Rules which may affect the timing of such payment.
